staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for friendly, passionate, and professional candidates for the position of Sales Representative to join our client’s team in the Event Management Industry. The candidates’ main responsibility will be focusing on managing clients, opportunities and offering support to the sales office within the B2B and B2G sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales of exhibition spaces and stands for clients to participate at trade fairs or conferences
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to successfully close deals while maximizing value
Drafting and sending professional correspondence, including emails, proposals, and promotional
materials, to clients globally. Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and share knowledge within the department
Organize client meetings and compile detailed reports to support follow-ups and guide decision- making processes effectively
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a smooth and high-quality support experience
Maintain and organize client records accurately in the database, while managing and optimizing CRM systems to generate new leads, expand the customer base, and support business growth
Conduct market analysis with clients, documenting common questions and requests from communications, and proposing strategies for further approach methods
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Having a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English C1, both written and oral (German is preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales sector, preferably in the exhibition industry
Solid knowledge of ICDL and proficiency in basic computer software
Very good customer service and communication
Works well with team members to achieve common goals, contributing to a positive environment
OFFER:
Base salary 1,100 -2,000€ Gross, based on experience
Bonus on sales: Potential to earn additional well-structured bonuses based on the achievement of sale targets
Working hours 08:30 to 16:30, from Monday to Friday
