We’re looking for a friendly, passionate and professional Operations Manager to join our client’s team in the industry of Travel Agencies. Their main duties include overseeing company activities coordinate the essential functions required to manage their workflow and achieve goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Making sure that all daily operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.
Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
Overseeing accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitoring the financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability.
Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals.
Assessing and analyzing budget to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staff.
Travel aboard to visit protentional partners or hotels.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree or higher, ideally in operations management, business or a related field.
5+ years proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role.
Familiarity with business and financial principles, budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills in English, in both written and oral (obligatory).
Lidership ability to interact positively with people.
Outstanding organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
