staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an energetic and highly-ambitious Import and Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s Transportation Company. Their main responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sea and air cargo transport.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with suppliers on orders for new shipments and keep clients updated on their specific service requests
Organize transportation with the most appropriate suppliers
Engage with clients by providing price proposals and securing acceptance of offers.
Monitor the transport process, addressing issues during transit, coordinating with customs agencies, and tracking relevant documentation
Prepare and send the cargo manifest to the finance department according to the client-approved offer
Follow up on reports of completed transports
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in operations management, business or a related field
1 year of experience in the same sector or in freight forwarding
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office formats
Outstanding organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Very good customer service and communication
OFFER:
Base Salary of 700 - 800€ Net
Working hours 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
