staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our client’s team, in the industry of Wholesale and Distribution, in the role of Deputy Sales Director. The potential candidate will work closely with the Director, assisting in managing the different divisions within the company.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure effective team management and results-driven leadership, leveraging previous management experience to deliver our products on time and according to client requirements

  • Help direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors.

  • Manage overall operations and contribute to making decisions that affect the organization

  • Help expand business development strategies in the local market by establishing a strong team in Kosovo that will drive success within the company business

  • Develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to prepare annual budgets for administrative and financial expenses and complete risk analysis on potential investments

  • Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers

 

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field such as management

  • 5+ years of supervisory and management role experience in the industry of wholesale and distribution

  • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral (Serbo-Croatian is preferred)

  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and prioritization to meet the deadlines

  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite package

 

OFFER:

  • Minimum salary € 2,000 Plus, negotiable based on experience
