staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a friendly, passionate, and professional Call Center Agent to join our client’s team in the energy industry. The core role of the candidate will be assisting customers in making inquiries about green electricity and gas services on behalf of a company recognized for its environmental and customer-friendly approach.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate professionally with German-speaking customers over the phone, ensuring their questions and concerns are fully understood

  • Address customer inquiries or issues in an efficient manner with a focus on satisfaction

  • Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively

  • Share valuable feedback and suggestions from customers with management to help improve products and services

  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a smooth and high-quality support experience

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:    

  • Having a bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in German C1, both written and oral

  • Previous experience as a call agent or a similar position is preferred

  • Basic knowledge on Excel and other MS office formats

  • Very good customer service and communication 

  • Works well with team members to achieve common goals, contributing to a positive environment

OFFER:

  • Base salary 1,000€ Net

  • Potential to earn additional bonuses of 1,000€ – 1,500€ with steady effort

  • Working hours 10:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday (on site)
