staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. To enhance our client's operations in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications, we are seeking ambitious candidates for the position of Business Developer. One will be responsible for researching the market and identifying technical needs for business development among potential and existing clients in the private sector, while the other will focus on similar responsibilities within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, research, and develop client relationships and lead market research plans by analyzing market trends and competitors, while maintaining strong partnerships through regular communication and tailored service
Coordinate with sales teams to develop and improve proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients to align with goals, encourage new and existing clients, and ensure clear expectations
Work with executives to implement marketing strategies and capitalize on new opportunities to drive business growth and enhance market presence
Monitor project teams and track proposals to ensure contracts are executed smoothly, addressing challenges as needed
Gather customer and competitor data to drive strategic decisions and update the sales pipeline with qualified leads
Make presentations to prospective clients and executives with clear, compelling content highlighting value propositions
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
Preferably a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related fields
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (nor retail or distribution) or public sector
Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Familiarity with the industry including technology equipment
Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving and excellent time management
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
